The Department of Residential Life, Housing & Food Services at the University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting for an Assistant Director, Residential Education This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting the recruitment, selection, and placement of about 500 students in Living Learning Communities, as well as the overall coordination with 15 campus partner departments stretching across most colleges and schools, and Athletics. In addition, this position oversees the implementation and maintenance of a residential curriculum which connects students academic and non-academic experiences deeply.
Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of related work experience OR Master's Degree and two (2) years of related work experience.
Related Experience: Work with university student housing administration and supervising live-in staff and at least one of the following areas: student conduct processes, student leadership development programs, student academic success programs, and/or staff recruitment/selection/training processes.
