Director of Employee Relations/Title IX Coordinator

Under the general supervision of the Vice President of Administration, the Director of Employee Relations leads the College systems for employee recruitment, engagement, compensation, and professional development. As the Title IX Coordinator, serves as the primary authority for monitoring and coordinating College compliance with Title IX.

Qualified candidates possess a Bachelor's degree, 5 years' management experience in employee relations, human resources, talent development or employment law; and 2 years' employee supervision experience.

The ideal candidate has a Master's or Juris Doctor degree, SHRM or other industry- recognized certification in human resources functions, thorough knowledge of employment- related laws and regulations, 2 years' experience developing and managing budgets, and higher education experience.
