Human Resources Recruiter

Middlebury College seeks a Human Resources Recruiter who will be responsible for the life-cycle recruitment process: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of employees by using creative sources methods. This position partners with hiring managers to understand their business and designs and implements effective recruitment plans (e.g. staff or students).

Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, office management or related field. 3 years current human resources experience (with demonstrated solid experience and knowledge in recruitment). Must have experience with full scope staffing including knowledge of sourcing efficiencies, candidate assessment techniques and job offer negotiation skills; proficiency with social recruiting techniques; excellent communication skills, both written and oral; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; and consultation and relationship management experience.
