WE Are...
Searching for a Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits who will provide strategic leadership to drive the development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs and processes.

What YOU Will Do...
In this highly visible position, you will be responsible for managing the compensation and benefits team(s) which include Benefits, Retirement, Compensation, Occupational Medicine, and Absence Management. You will also partner with senior leadership, as appropriate, to define, develop, communicate, and execute the total compensation philosophy, vision, and strategy; serve as compensation and benefits subject matter expert; and provide internal consulting to senior leadership as it relates to total compensation.

What YOU Need to be Successful...
Bachelor's degree or higher plus ten years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CEBS certification is preferred but not required.
