Assistant Director of Admissions for Multicultural Recruitment

The Assistant Director of Admissions for Multicultural Recruitment is responsible for creating and implementing recruitment strategies and programming with the goal of attracting and retaining traditional undergraduates from diverse populations. In addition, the position will manage a specific geographic territory of prospective students and is responsible for travel within this territory.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
2 years' experience in higher education, recruitment, marketing
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills with individuals and large groups
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Experience compiling an analyzing information and using data.
