DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Participate in recruiting efforts.

  • Conduct reference checks, complete I-9s, e-verify, and submit appropriate tax forms.

  • Foster and maintain relationships with staffing agencies.

  • Schedule and perform phone and in-person interviews.

  • Assist candidates with their job applications and field general inquiries.

  • Assist with onboarding of new employees and oversee orientation sessions.

  • Occasionally facilitate and present new hire orientation.

  • Assist new employees with onboarding paperwork.

  • Coordinate periodic employee performance reviews.

  • Maintain close relationships with all employees and serve as a point of contact for HR and benefits-related questions.

  • Assist in processing payroll.

  • Review the payroll data and follows up with the GMs on missing/incorrect information.

  • Assist in ensuring that all required payroll data is accurately collected and documented for all employees

  • Oversee the administration of benefits, such as health insurance, dental, and vision insurance, pre-tax transit, etc.

  • Provide regular training to corporate and management teams on benefit updates, practices, SOPs, etc.

  • Respond to unemployment insurance requests, as applicable, in a timely fashion.

  • Plans and executes yearly Open Enrollment for health insurance.

  • Administers ACA compliance, including running look-back reports, filing the appropriate paperwork, and notifying and enrolling eligible employees in company health insurance plans.

  • Assist with any social or ethical audits.

  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and any other job-related computer skills

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS/HRM, health care and 401k benefits administration, unemployment insurance, and worker's compensation, etc.

  • Ability to learn various databases.



EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS



  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field preferred

  • 2+ years proven experience as an HR Generalist with experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience with high-volume full-cycle recruiting.

  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
