Senior Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging


Penn State Human Resources is seeking a Senior Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Human Resources Operations, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of policies, programs, and initiatives that create and support a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment at Penn State. You will ensure inclusion is integrated into all HR-related policies, programs, and services, including performance management, training programs, etc. In collaboration with colleagues across Penn State, you will also identify opportunities to partner on programming, training/education, developing metrics, assessing programs, and effectively communicating.

Educational requirements: A Bachelor's degree (Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred) with ten years of human resources experience in organizational development or related field.
