What will you do in this role?

1. Deliver full life-cycle recruiting activities


2. Provide exceptional consulting to hiring managers


3. Source/Recruit the best candidates


4. Find needles in haystacks to fill challenging positions


5. On-board new hires


6. Implement new and exciting hiring systems and models


7. Keep lots of people on task to hire effectively and quickly


8. Follow and keep track of lots of timelines and standards to ensure compliance

Experience required includes two or more years in talent acquisition for positions similar to MCC, experience with web-based recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems, knowledge of employment laws and talent acquisition methods, processes and systems.
